02Components bent on CNC press brake from STEP or drawing: housings, brackets, consoles, special profiles, with controlled tolerances and defined radii.
03Sub-assemblies and assemblies jig-welded — frames, chassis, equipment supports, simple tanks — with dimensional and weld inspection.
04RAL powder coating, galvanising, blasting, marking and batch packing — parts reach you ready to assemble, on your schedule.

We work from 50 pieces up; for laser-cut parts we also accept smaller quantities. Price drops significantly at quantity breaks — the quote shows cost at 100, 500, 1,000 and 10,000 pieces.
DXF and DWG for flat parts, STEP / IGES for bent parts and assemblies, dimensioned PDF for checking. If you only have a physical sample, we measure it and produce the drawing.
Yes. For new series we produce the first article (or a pilot batch), you approve it, then we launch the series from the same program — identical on every batch.
3.1 material certificates, dimensional inspection report per batch, coating sheet (RAL, layer thickness) and declaration of conformity. NDT of welds on request.
Yes. We produce the series and deliver in weekly or monthly tranches, or hold a buffer stock and deliver on call — so you don't tie up capital and warehouse.
Yes, we sign an NDA before receiving files. Drawings, CNC programs and jigs remain exclusively for your orders.
