Powder coating
We powder coat parts from a few centimetres to several metres: gates, railings, furniture, structures and series components. Pre-treatment, application and curing in the same workshop where the parts were cut, bent and welded.

01Exterior fabrications that must look the same after 10 winters: gates, fence panels, balcony and stair railings — UV-resistant polyester powder for whole residential developments.
02Benches, bike racks, table frames, shelving and cabinets — scratch-resistant textured finishes for hospitality, retail and public spaces.
03Columns, beams, trusses and profiles up to ~6 m — coated in a booth sized for long parts, with epoxy primer for additional corrosion protection.
04Housings, covers, brackets and equipment components — coated in batches, with colour sheet and controlled film thickness, delivered packed on pallets.
For manufacturers & builders
We take your parts or coat the ones produced here. Together we set the colour, texture and protection level, mask functional areas and deliver uniform batches — in Romania and across the EU.
We coat a sample in the chosen colour and texture; you approve the shade before series.
Degreasing, phosphating and rinsing — adhesion and corrosion resistance on every batch, not just the first.
We check film thickness (60–120 µm typical) with a gauge and record it on the batch sheet.
We protect threads, contact surfaces and earthing points — parts assemble without touch-ups.
Same powder, same curing parameters — the shade of the second order is identical to the first.
Cutting, bending, welding and coating under one roof — you receive finished, protected, packed assemblies.

The values below are what we work with routinely. For aggressive environments (coastal, industrial) or special colour requirements, ask us — we recommend the right system.

Indicative values. Film thickness and system are set according to substrate (steel, galvanised, aluminium) and service environment.
Colours & textures
Any colour from the RAL Classic range, in several textures and gloss levels. For large projects you approve the shade on a physical sample, not on screen.
Over 200 standard colours — from RAL 7016 anthracite and RAL 9005 black to special shades for architectural projects.
Choose the gloss level by use — matt hides small surface imperfections, gloss is easier to clean.
Slightly rough textures, resistant to scratches and fingerprints — the standard for furniture and street furniture.
Metallic-effect powders, metallic anthracite, bronze or special effects — on request, with approved sample.
How we work
We receive the parts (or produce them), set colour, texture, protection system and masking areas.
Multi-stage degreasing, phosphating and rinsing, then drying — the basis of adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Powder is applied electrostatically in the booth, then parts are cured at controlled temperature to full polymerisation.
We check appearance, shade and film thickness, pack protected and deliver — in Romania and the EU.

Price is based on surface area and complexity — it depends on size, required pre-treatment, colour and quantity. Send us the part list with dimensions and we reply within 24h.
Yes, any shade from the RAL Classic range, in matt, satin, gloss or textured. For large projects we coat a sample you approve before series.
Yes. We receive your parts, check them, pre-treat and coat them. For best results parts should be clean, free of old paint or heavy rust — or we prepare them on request.
Polyester powder with correct pre-treatment lasts for years in UV and weather without fading or flaking. For harsh environments we recommend epoxy primer or a duplex system (galvanising + powder).
We routinely coat parts up to ~6 m long, depending on section and weight. For larger sizes, ask us — many are handled on request.
Yes. We cut, bend, weld and coat in the same workshop — you receive finished assemblies, with one responsibility for dimension and finish.
