CNC laser cutting

Parts cut exactly to drawing, from prototype to series

We cut carbon steel, stainless, aluminium, corten and brass sheet straight from your DXF, DWG or STEP files. Clean, burr-free edges, ready for bending, welding or coating — in the same workshop.

  • Steel up to 20 mm · stainless 12 mm · aluminium 10 mm
  • ±0.5 mm tolerances
  • Nesting from your files

Applications

What we cut for our partners

Four part families we deliver routinely — for steel fabricators, architects, equipment manufacturers and workshops that outsource cutting.

Structural steel parts01

Structural steel parts

Gussets, base plates, flanges, stiffeners, splice plates and brackets — cut from S235 / S355 to shop drawings, with holes and markings ready for assembly.

  • Thickness 3 – 20 mm
  • Holes and cut-outs in one pass
  • Position marking
Decorative panels & façades02

Decorative panels & façades

Perforated panels, parametric patterns, louvres and cassettes for façades, screens and interiors — in aluminium, corten or steel, ready for coating.

  • Perforations from Ø 3 mm
  • Panels up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm
  • DXF validated before cutting
Furniture & equipment components03

Furniture & equipment components

Legs, frames, side panels, supports and housings — flat parts that go on to bending and welding for furniture, retail and equipment manufacturers.

  • Sheet 1 – 6 mm
  • Accuracy for assembly without rework
  • Repeatable monthly series
Prototyping & small batches04

Prototyping & small batches

One part or ten, same day or next day — for design offices, hardware start-ups and workshops that need a correct prototype before series.

  • No tooling cost
  • Fast file revisions
  • Direct path from prototype to series

For workshops & manufacturers

Cutting capacity you can rely on

We work as a subcontractor for steel fabricators, equipment manufacturers and workshops without their own laser or in need of extra capacity. We receive the files, confirm the nesting and deliver on time — in Romania and across the EU.

  1. 01

DXF / DWG / STEP files

We work straight from your files. We check geometry, close contours and flag problematic dimensions before cutting.

  2. 02

    Optimised nesting

We lay out parts on the sheet for minimal material loss — cost per part drops with volume.

  3. 03

    Our stock or your material

We cut from our sheet (with material certificate) or from material you supply.

  4. 04

    Repeatable series

Programs stay archived; the second, tenth or hundredth order comes out identical to the first.

  5. 05

    Firm lead times

Prototypes in 24–72h, series planned in batches, lead time confirmed at quotation.

  6. 06

    Full flow in-house

Cut parts go straight to bending, welding and coating — one supplier, one responsibility.

Technical parameters

Materials and thicknesses

The values below are what we work with routinely. For larger thicknesses or formats, ask us — many requests are handled on demand.

MaterialThicknessSheet formatTypical toleranceNotes
Carbon steel S235 / S3550.5 – 20 mm3,000 × 1,500 mm±0.5 mmClean edge, burr-free up to 12 mm
Stainless 304 / 3160.5 – 12 mm3,000 × 1,500 mm±0.5 mmNitrogen cutting — oxide-free edge

Indicative values. Tighter tolerances are possible on thin gauges on request. Larger sheet formats — ask before designing.

Files & preparation

What to send us to get started

The cleaner the file, the faster the quote. If you only have a sketch or a physical part, we turn it into a production-ready file.

01

DXF / DWG at 1:1

Closed contours, no overlapping lines, no text in the geometry. One file per part or one file with all parts — both work.

02

STEP / 3D

From the 3D model we extract flat patterns and prepare parts for bending, with radius compensation.

03

Dimensioned PDF / sketch

We redraw the part in CAD and send you the file for approval before cutting.

04

Sample part

We measure and digitise the existing part — useful for replacements and repairs.

How we work

From file to delivered parts, in 4 steps

01

Files & quantities

Send the files, the material, thickness and quantities. We reply with a quote within 24h.

02

Check & nesting

We verify geometry, nest the parts on the sheet and confirm the lead time.

03

Cutting & inspection

We cut, deburr where needed and check dimensions on every batch.

04

Delivery or next step

We pack and ship — or move the parts on to bending, welding and coating.

What you receive

Parts ready for the next step

We deliver inspected, marked and packed flat parts — or take them further through bending, welding and coating if the project requires.

  1. 01

    Cut & deburred parts

Clean edges, oxide-free on stainless, burr-free on standard gauges.

  2. 02

    Position marking

On request we engrave the part number or position on each part — useful for large assemblies.

  3. 03

    Material certificate

On every batch cut from our material, with traceability.

  4. 04

    Palletised packing

Separated by part number, protected for transport in Romania and the EU.

FAQ

What partners ask us

How much does laser cutting cost?+

Price is based on cutting time and material — it depends on thickness, contour length and quantity. Send us the files and quantities and we reply within 24h; for series, cost per part drops significantly.

Which files do you accept?+

DXF and DWG at 1:1 are ideal. We also accept STEP / IGES (we extract flat patterns) or dimensioned PDFs and sketches, which we redraw and send for approval.

Can you cut my material?+

Yes. We receive your sheet, check it and cut it. For complete quotes we use our own stock, with material certificate.

Do you also bend, weld and coat?+

Yes — that is the advantage of our workshop: cut parts go straight to the press brake, welding and coating, with no transport between suppliers. You receive finished assemblies, not just flat parts.

What is the lead time for a prototype?+

Usually 24–72h from file approval, depending on material and workshop load. Series are planned in batches, with lead time confirmed at quotation.

Do you deliver outside Romania?+

Yes, we deliver cut parts across the EU (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Benelux) on pallets, with intra-community invoicing.

Quote within 24h

Send us your files and quantities. We reply with price and lead time.

Mention material, thickness and quantity per part. If you also need bending, welding or coating, tell us — we quote the full flow.
