MIG / TIG / laser welding

Welded assemblies — straight, clean and repeatable

Three processes under one roof: MIG / MAG for robust structures, TIG for stainless and aluminium at aesthetic quality, laser for fine joints with minimal distortion. We weld in fixtures, inspect every assembly and send it straight to coating.

  • MIG / MAG · TIG · laser
  • Steel, stainless, aluminium
  • Fixture welding, inspection on every assembly

Applications

What we weld for our partners

Four assembly families we deliver routinely — for steel fabricators, equipment manufacturers, architects and workshops that outsource welding.

Steel structures & frames01

Steel structures & frames

Frames, welded beams, brackets, platforms, stairs and load-bearing structures — MIG / MAG welded to shop drawings, with connections prepared for bolted assembly on site.

  • S235 / S355, 3 – 20 mm
  • Jig welding, controlled distortion
  • Prepared for galvanising or coating
Visible stainless & aluminium02

Visible stainless & aluminium

Railings, handrails, furniture, hospitality equipment and architectural elements — TIG welding with fine, ground and passivated seams for surfaces that stay in view.

  • Stainless 304 / 316, aluminium
  • Ground and passivated seams
  • No discolouration on visible faces
Series sub-assemblies03

Series sub-assemblies

Frames, supports, housings and welded parts in batches for equipment, furniture and vehicle manufacturers — in dedicated fixtures, same geometry from the first to the last part.

  • Welding fixtures per part
  • Batches from tens to thousands
  • Direct flow to coating
Fabrication to drawing04

Fabrication to drawing

Pergolas, canopies, terrace structures, gates and one-off elements — made to the architect's or engineer's design, fully welded in the workshop and delivered ready for installation.

  • To drawing or design
  • Demountable joints for transport
  • Installation documentation

For builders & manufacturers

Welding capacity you can rely on

We work as a subcontractor for steel fabricators, manufacturers and design offices. We receive the drawings, prepare the fixtures, weld and inspect — then protect the assemblies in our own coating line and deliver on time, in Romania and across the EU.

  1. 01

    The right process

We choose MIG / MAG, TIG or laser according to material, thickness and use — strength, aesthetics or minimal distortion.

  2. 02

    Fixtures & jigs

For series we build dedicated welding fixtures — identical geometry and controlled distortion across the whole batch.

  3. 03

    Skilled welders

Experienced welders on steel, stainless and aluminium, working to welding specifications set per project.

  4. 04

    Inspection on every assembly

Visual and dimensional inspection on every assembly; NDT (PT / UT) on request, with report.

  5. 05

    Prepared for finishing

We clean, grind and prepare seams for galvanising or powder coating in the same workshop.

  6. 06

    Documentation

Material certificates, declaration of conformity and, on request, inspection reports — for project acceptance.

Technical parameters

Processes and materials

The values below are what we work with routinely. For heavy gauges, special materials or NDT requirements, ask us — we set the procedure per project.

ProcessMaterialsTypical thicknessUseNotes

LaserThin steel, stainless, aluminium0.5 – 4 mmHousings, panels, fine jointsMinimal heat distortion, near zero rework
Spot weldingThin steel, galvanised, stainless0.5 – 3 mmHousings, cabinets, boxesFast, no filler
Assemblies———Up to a few tonnes and ~12 m long, depending on size and transport
Inspection———Visual and dimensional standard; PT / UT on request, with report

Indicative values. Process, filler and inspection are set per project, according to the assembly's use and the designer's requirements.

Preparation & finish

What happens to the seam after welding

A good weld is invisible under paint. We prepare every seam for the chosen finish and for the environment the assembly will work in.

01

Cleaning & grinding

We remove spatter and slag, grind seams where appearance matters and round edges for paint adhesion.

02

Stainless passivation

After TIG welding stainless, we passivate the seam area to restore the protective layer and prevent rusting.

03

Straightening & geometry check

We check flatness and angles after cooling; controlled straightening where the assembly requires.

04

Corrosion protection

Assemblies go to our own powder coating line or to hot-dip galvanising, then ship protected.

How we work

From drawing to welded assembly, in 4 steps

01

Drawings & quantities

Send shop drawings or the design, material and quantities. Quote within 24h.

02

Procedure & fixtures

We set process, filler and welding sequence; for series we build the fixtures.

03

Welding & inspection

We cut and bend the parts, fix them in the jig, weld and inspect every assembly.

04

Finish & delivery

We clean, coat or galvanise, pack and deliver — in Romania and the EU.

What you receive

Finished, inspected assemblies ready for installation

We deliver assemblies fully welded in the workshop, corrosion-protected and accompanied by the documentation needed for acceptance — no site welding.

  1. 01

    Welded & cleaned assemblies

Complete seams, no spatter, ground where appearance matters, ready for finish or finished.

  2. 02

    Verified geometry

Dimensions, flatness and angles checked after cooling, on every assembly.

  3. 03

    Documentation

Material certificates, declaration of conformity and, on request, NDT reports.

  4. 04

    Packing & delivery

Protected assemblies, marked by position, delivered on pallet or trailer, in Romania and the EU.

FAQ

What partners ask us

How much does welding cost?+

Price is based on labour time, material and preparation (fixtures, inspection) — it depends on assembly complexity and quantity. Send us the drawings and quantities and we reply within 24h.

Which process do you use for visible stainless?+

TIG, with suitable filler, then grinding and passivation of the seam. The result is a fine joint without discolouration, suited to railings, furniture and hospitality equipment.

Can you weld parts we supply?+

Yes. We receive your cut or bent parts and weld them to drawing. We do recommend the full flow with us — parts fit first time and there is a single responsibility.

Do you do non-destructive testing?+

Visual and dimensional inspection is standard on every assembly. On request we perform penetrant (PT) or ultrasonic (UT) testing, with report for acceptance.

Do you weld on site?+

No. We weld entirely in the workshop under controlled conditions and design site connections as bolted. Assemblies leave finished, protected and ready for installation by your team.

Do you deliver outside Romania?+

Yes, we deliver welded assemblies across the EU (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Benelux) by trailer, in 3–6 working days, with intra-community invoicing.

Quote within 24h
