For developers & contractors
We work with residential developers, general contractors and architecture offices. We know that on 50 plots different things matter than on one: repeatability, schedule and documentation.
We build the first panel and first gate, validate them together on site, then produce the series — identical, from the same jig.
We deliver in batches, synchronised with the construction schedule — no stock blocking the site, no delayed handovers.
DWG / DXF drawings, fixing details, data sheets and material certificates — straight into the technical project.
Fences, gates, railings, carports, urban furniture and letterboxes in the same RAL and design, from one workshop.
The quote is locked for the whole development, with a staged invoicing schedule.
Laser cutting, press brake, welding and powder coating in-house — no subcontractors in the chain.
Materials & finishes
Frames are made from 40×40 – 120×120 mm steel profiles, louvres from folded sheet or 20×40 – 40×80 mm profiles, decorative panels from 2–4 mm laser-cut sheet. Protection: hot-dip or electro galvanising + powder coating in any RAL colour.

All elements are made to the project dimensions. For series we standardise the panel module and adapt only the end panels.

No installation — complete delivery
HEAVY METAL designs and manufactures; installation is done by the contractor's crew following our fixing plan. All elements arrive labelled by plot and position.
Welded, galvanised and coated, with post brackets and stainless bolts included.
Your choice: base plates with chemical anchors on the plinth, or long posts for embedding in the foundation.
Adjustable hinges, galvanised rollers and track, stops, latches, preparation for electric lock.
Motor housing, fitted rack, cable conduits in the posts and photocell bracket.
Drawing with post positions, plate levels, panel order — every piece labelled by plot.
Declaration of conformity, material certificates and finish data sheets, for the whole series.
How we work
Send the site plan or dimensions, number of plots and desired model (or a reference). We propose 2–3 directions.
You receive technical drawings, a firm quote for the whole series and — for developments — the first panel and gate for approval.
Laser cutting, jig welding, galvanising, RAL coating, dimensional check on every batch.
We deliver in batches following the site schedule, palletised and labelled by position, across Romania and the EU.

The price depends on model, height, infill, finish and — decisively — quantity: for development series the cost per linear metre drops considerably. Send us the plan and number of plots and you get a firm quote for the whole series within 24h.
Yes, it's our speciality. We build a prototype (panel + gate) which we approve together, then produce the series from the same jig — identical on every plot — and deliver it in stages following the site schedule.
As a guide: prototype in 2–3 weeks from drawing approval, then a 4–8 week series delivered in batches. We plan the schedule with the contractor, by construction phase.
No. We deliver panels, posts and gates fully finished and equipped, with fixing plan and parts labelled by plot. Installation is done by the contractor's crew — simple, bolted, no welding on site.
We deliver them automation-ready: motor housing, rack, cable conduits and photocell bracket, compatible with any motor brand (Nice, Came, BFT, FAAC etc.). Your installer chooses and fits the motor.
Yes. We receive DWG / DXF / PDF files, turn them into shop drawings and validate them together. For laser-cut panels we can reproduce any vector pattern.
Yes, palletised across the EU (Germany, Austria, Italy, France) in 3–6 working days, with intra-community invoicing.
