MIG / TIG / laser welding
Three processes under one roof: MIG / MAG for robust structures, TIG for stainless and aluminium at aesthetic quality, laser for fine joints with minimal distortion. We weld in fixtures, inspect every assembly and send it straight to coating.
Applications
Four assembly families we deliver routinely — for steel fabricators, equipment manufacturers, architects and workshops that outsource welding.
01Frames, welded beams, brackets, platforms, stairs and load-bearing structures — MIG / MAG welded to shop drawings, with connections prepared for bolted assembly on site.
02Railings, handrails, furniture, hospitality equipment and architectural elements — TIG welding with fine, ground and passivated seams for surfaces that stay in view.
03Frames, supports, housings and welded parts in batches for equipment, furniture and vehicle manufacturers — in dedicated fixtures, same geometry from the first to the last part.
04Pergolas, canopies, terrace structures, gates and one-off elements — made to the architect's or engineer's design, fully welded in the workshop and delivered ready for installation.
For builders & manufacturers
We work as a subcontractor for steel fabricators, manufacturers and design offices. We receive the drawings, prepare the fixtures, weld and inspect — then protect the assemblies in our own coating line and deliver on time, in Romania and across the EU.
We choose MIG / MAG, TIG or laser according to material, thickness and use — strength, aesthetics or minimal distortion.
For series we build dedicated welding fixtures — identical geometry and controlled distortion across the whole batch.
Experienced welders on steel, stainless and aluminium, working to welding specifications set per project.
Visual and dimensional inspection on every assembly; NDT (PT / UT) on request, with report.
We clean, grind and prepare seams for galvanising or powder coating in the same workshop.
Material certificates, declaration of conformity and, on request, inspection reports — for project acceptance.

Indicative values. Process, filler and inspection are set per project, according to the assembly's use and the designer's requirements.
Preparation & finish
A good weld is invisible under paint. We prepare every seam for the chosen finish and for the environment the assembly will work in.
We remove spatter and slag, grind seams where appearance matters and round edges for paint adhesion.
After TIG welding stainless, we passivate the seam area to restore the protective layer and prevent rusting.
We check flatness and angles after cooling; controlled straightening where the assembly requires.
Assemblies go to our own powder coating line or to hot-dip galvanising, then ship protected.

We set process, filler and welding sequence; for series we build the fixtures.
We cut and bend the parts, fix them in the jig, weld and inspect every assembly.
We clean, coat or galvanise, pack and deliver — in Romania and the EU.

Price is based on labour time, material and preparation (fixtures, inspection) — it depends on assembly complexity and quantity. Send us the drawings and quantities and we reply within 24h.
TIG, with suitable filler, then grinding and passivation of the seam. The result is a fine joint without discolouration, suited to railings, furniture and hospitality equipment.
Yes. We receive your cut or bent parts and weld them to drawing. We do recommend the full flow with us — parts fit first time and there is a single responsibility.
Visual and dimensional inspection is standard on every assembly. On request we perform penetrant (PT) or ultrasonic (UT) testing, with report for acceptance.
No. We weld entirely in the workshop under controlled conditions and design site connections as bolted. Assemblies leave finished, protected and ready for installation by your team.
Yes, we deliver welded assemblies across the EU (Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Benelux) by trailer, in 3–6 working days, with intra-community invoicing.
